I made this dinner for my family from start to finish in about 20 min. I saved time by buying thin sliced chicken breast and was able to skip the pounding step alltogether. The breading is simple and delicious and the salad on top was raved about in my home. It was the perfect accompiment. Might I add that my family includes 3 children between 1 and 7 who are very picky eaters. Complete crowdpleaser that is now in my regular week night dinner rotation.

I am not the best cook, says my husband, but when I made this chicken dish, I could have had my own show! I also change it up like serve over egg noodles with steamed broccoli. Just drizzle the vinegarette over it.

I followed the recipe almost exactly. I substituted panko for the dry bread crumbs. I also added some fresh peas I had on hand to the salad greens.
This was absolutely delicious! I loved the lemon vinegarette. This was a great weeknight recipe - it came together easily and the whole family loved it. I'll definitely make this again.

This recipe is wonderful. I used chicken cutlets to save on time and they were great and easy. The breading is not too heavy and the salad is delicious. This is a winner.

I have made Chicken Parm several ways and Ina's is by far the easiest and the best. My family loves it and it is now the "most requested dinner" !!
Adding the salad to the top of the chicken really accentuates the flavor of the meal-the warm moist chicken and the cool, crisp salad-Wonderful!!

This recipe turned out perfect.
I used chicken tenders instead of whole chicken breast, but otherwise kept the recipe as is. It turned out flavorful and the breading cooked up nice and crunchy.
I served it with salad and wild rice on the side.

This is our new favorite meal. I have made this quite a few times now and my whole family makes sure they are home when they know I am making it.
