This recipe is very simple and very tasty. It can be served with so many things. I don't cook chicken very often and I love that I have this recipe in my arsenal for something quick that everyone seems to love. I love to cook recipes that use the staples in my cupboards and don't require a lot of special ingredients for those days when I get home from work and just want something good tasting and easy to repair and semi good for you.

This is the best parmesan chicken i've ever had! after i made it, i was so amazed by how good it was, i couldn't believe i made that, and it's so easy! i've made at least ten times in a couple months now. will keep making it~

This recipe is easy and amazing!!!!! I just made it for dinner and while my husband loves food a salad is never his first choice, but this chicken was so flavorful that he didn't mind: I love barefoot contessa and also recommend her blueberry sourcream cake!!!:

Easy - quick and can be made ahead of time to spend time with guests...sometimes I want a dinner party that is nice and light - so this is it - chicken and salad and a nice dessert.

This was the first time I cooked for the family and they all loved it, thanks for the easy/delicious recipe! Dont skip the salad you will be glad you didnt, add a bit of sugar to the dressing if its too tart. This is a dish that we will be eating alot of.

Another delicious dish from Ina. My family was really impressed with this one. The salad on top adds a really nice flavor to the chicken. Mmm, definitely keeping on the repeat list!
