My fiance and I made this last night after seeing it being prepared on TV yesterday afternoon. It was very easy to make; we already had all of the ingredients in our fridge aside from the skewers. The chicken came out very moist, and the parmesan cheese really made a difference. Tonight I'm going to chop up the leftover chicken and add it to a tossed salad.

Great, really enjoyed the chicken on sticks. Mine even liked without the stick.

Very delicious. The chicken came out so tender and moist. My husband and my 17 months old daughter loved 'em. They couldn't get enough of it. I happen to have some leftovers so i brought them at work and my co workers were all saying "wow". Definitely a keeper in my recipe box.

I know that this recipe will not be on the web site much longer. However, I think it is a "must have" in everyone's recipe file. I prepare these chicken strips to serve over a salad, serve with a cool ranch dip, pull out of the fridge to eat one or two for lunch and we LOVE them! At party time everyone looks for a huge platter of these strips as a favorite munchie!

I used Panko flakes instead of bread crumbs and it came out great. Be careful not to cook too long!

These are so easy & very good! Am glad
I, many years ago, invested in a 14" fry-pan(! so I could double the recipe. These are good with a cheesy-mash & salad .. was popular with my friends. Thanks, Ina!

These chicken strips are to die for! I made them exactly by the recipe and the whole family loved them! I did have to make up more egg mixture to dip them in, but I used close to 2 lbs. of chicken, so I expected that. They browned up beautifully and were excellent! The next night, with leftovers, I reheated in the oven and made chicken sandwiches...yummy! Will be a "keeper" in my recipe box! Thanks, Ina! You're the Barefoot Queen in my book!
