These were great, but I did cook them at medium instead of medium-low. Did medium-low work for anyone else?

I made this after a day at work - my husband and daughter loved them!! They were so easy and fast; and.....great the next day cold...I love Ina's recipes - whenever I make something - the kitchen gets crowded - that's never happened to me before Ina! Thank you!

these are delicious...I mix half panko with half of the seasoned bread crumbs called for to give extra crispness...also use freshly grated parmesan, a bit more actually than called for, the chicken is so moist with a crunchy coating...I served this with Ina's broccoli/bowtie pasta also from this episode, a great combination well received by my children and husband...I'm going to make these in the summer and serve skewered...fun for serving outdoors or my children's birthday party next month

Thanks to Redfern below. She had said to add the following ingredients to the bread crumbs... 1 tablespoon crushed oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder and paprika to the bread crumbs mixture. I followed her directions and they turned out AMAZING. My husband said it was a 9.8 he can't wait to eat them again. He loves sauce and he didn't even use sauce for them because the flavor was so good on the chicken. Also I did use the Planko bread crumbs and I think that really helped them turn out nice and crispy.

I have made these for my family many times and we love them! So quick and easy--just put on some frozen veggies to cook while I'm frying these up, and dinner's done in no time. Thanks, Ina, for a great recipe.
