I made these for my granddaughter's birthday and for a family cookout and both times they were a huge hit.... even the adults enjoyed eating the chicken off a stick! Thanks for easy and tasty recipes!

I make these all the time. I use chicken tenderloins and I don't bother skewering them. Moist and flavorful every time.

I've noticed your reviews on many of Ina's recipes. Stop posting bad reviews and sending people to your website, which is a joke by the way.

I made these for the first time tonight, I used panko and I added Italian seasoning and garlic salt. I also used a blend of shredded parmesean, asiago and romano. They are wonderful and VERY flavorful. I don't know why you would want to use a dipping sauce with them, the flavor stands up on it's own.

I made these several times, however, I also add, 1 tablespoon crushed oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder and paprika to the bread crumbs mixture. Also, I do not fry them but line them up on a cookie sheet and bake them in the oven by turning them once to brown on both sides. I serve these with warm marinara sauce. They turn out wonderful, each and every time.

This was an easy dinner fix, I forewent the skewers since they didn't really seem to be necessary. Although super easy to make and cook, this recipe was kind of flavorless. I served these chicken sticks along side some spaghetti (like a quick chicken parmesan, and used the sauce to dip the sticks in. I think next time I'll add more seasonings.

Ina did it again....another delicious recipe that my husband loves! He has requested that I make it every time he wants chicken strips which is at least twice a week. The recipe was perfect following Ina's instructions exactly. They were easy to make and the parmesan cheese gave them that extra kick. Keep the recipes coming Ina !! I am an avid viewer of your shows.

Don't have children, but made the recipe anyway. Did not use sticks, but followed the recipe. Added store bought tomato sauce and cheese. Created Chicken Parmesan. It was terrific! Good job Ina!
