I Enjoyed these chicken sticks, I just thought they were kind of flavorless. I would recomend making some sort of a dipping sauce or pasta with sauce to go with it, because by themselves they don't have all that much flavor.

One of the few dishes I can get both my children to eat, an amazing feat!! I also enjoy the dish immensely. While this chicken is divine plain I have spiced it up by smothering the chicken with marinara and melting sliced mozzarella on top. An abundance of zucchini had me getting creative and I used this recipe, substituting the zucchini for the chicken, and made some fried zucchini Ina style.

This is such a super easy dish to make. I mixed "low carb" breadcrumbs with regular once and they still came out great. I don't follow the recipe to a *T* anymore. It's a fool proof dinner and my 4 year old and 6 yr old LOVE every time. They are getting spoiled thanks to this wonderful recipe. Thanks Ina!!!!

But I found a box of Panko crumbs in my cupboard and used them. Everybody raved about how delicious they were. I can't imagine using regular breadcrumbs now because the panko was so light and crispy. Try it folks...it will rock your world!

This was super-easy to make, and delicious. Great for making a quick meal for the kids. My six year old took one bite and said "I love them!".
