These were the best chicken fingers! I made them a little bigger, cutting the chicken into 3 strips instead, but the chicken was so moist!!! I also made a honey mustard sauce by robin miller to dip them in and that was awesome too!! Huge hit with my family!

My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves these. These are the only chicken tenders she will eat. Simple, easy and tastey. If possible, we would give them 10 stars.

This was so easy to make and is a good recipe for simple breaded chicken fingers.

My granddaughters just loved these chicken fingers. They helped make them and ate three each. Thanks Ina. Another favorite for all of us.

Used chix tenderloins, so didn't have to cut chix. Had leftover panko bread crumbs, so used these combined w/the cheese. Put on baking sheet in 425 degree oven for 15-20 min, till golden sizzly & crispy. Serve plain w/a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or w/marinara, or any sauce you like. Oven method works best w/either panko bread crumbs or home made bread crumbs.

The coating was crispy, buttery, parmesan-y; a great way to prepare chicken. I served my chicken over spaghetti with tomato sauce and additional parmesan cheese.
