    This was very easy and quick. The chicken is very tender cooked this way with LOTS of flavor. Huge hit at the dinner table tonight

    Very good and very moist. These are
    the best chicken fingers/sticks I've
    ever made. My family enjoyed them. I
    felt they were a bit bland so next time
    I'll kick it up a notch with more
    seasoning.

    I tried this recipe after seeing it on tv, and my husband and I absolutely loved it! I am making it again - only a week after the first time.

    I followed the recipe but BAKED the tenders in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 min.(use cooking spray Very tasty. Better than any at the store or restaurant.

    This recipe was so easy to follow and produced great results. I didn't put the chicken on sticks and my slices were bigger, which took a little longer to cook. But the breading was delicious, you could really taste the parmesan cheese. I have the cookbook this recipe is in, and this is just one of many good recipes.
