I have a difficult time trying to figure out different ways to prepare vegetables. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. The oven roasted asparagus was absolutely wonderful! The asparagus was tender crisp, full of flavor and a light coating of fresh parmesan cheese really complimented the dish perfectly. I will be searching for more of Ina's recipes for oven roasted vegetables. Love her shows.
FYI...I served this dish with Kentucky Hot Browns and an orange cranberry relish. Perfect!!

I usually don't like asparagus much, but this recipe made me love it! It's very simple and delicious. I made it with Rachael Ray's Parmesan Crusted Chicken, it was a delicious meal.

I made this recipe for my husband and his response was "I can eat this everyday." I also made it for my in-laws who called me when they got home to ask for the recipe. Ina is great!!!!

I make this all the time. It is simple and delicious, with or without the parmesan cheese. We practically eat them like they're french fries!

This was the best -- BEST -- way I have ever had asparagus. Don't despair, it isn't supposed to look like the picture. You should shred fresh Parmesan and sprinkle that on top....YUMMY!!! The whole family LOVED it!

Either this is a wrong picture, OR I am doing something wrong. If you just sprikle Parmesiian cheese on asparagus, it does NOT make a sauce like this.

The reason I looked at this recipe was for the picture otherwise anyone can put olive oil and parmesan cheese. That's not much of a recipe.
I'm sure it's a hollandaise sauce or something.
I love Ina too! Love most of her recipes! But don't put pictures that aren't the recipe.
