    I made this once just to try it, and now I'm begged to add it to almost every meal. My family loves it! Its easy and tasty, even if you're not a veggie lover.

    Every time I make asparagus I make it this way and its fabulous! But I'll have to admit that lately I've been using garlic salt instead of regular salt and Mexican blend cheese instead of Parmesan cheese. But either way its awesome!! I love you Ina!! You're my idol!!! lol :-

    I have to agree with another reviewer that this is the best asparagus ever. It's quick, easy and has uh-mazing juicy flavor. At the time I only made about 10 pieces out of bunch for my boyfriend and I. We should have made more it was so good. (For smaller sticks it took at least 15 mins. to roast accordingly FYI.

    Quick, Easy, and Delicious. The Parmesan adds a nice flavor and extra crunch to the roasted vegetable.
