This is so simmple and delicious. Definitely use the thicker asparagus so it will be succulent and oh, so good. Warning: It is easy to overindulge; I have actually eaten a whole pound of this is almost one sitting.

    Enjoy!

I actually made this dish 2 nights in a row because it was soooo delicious. The added Parmesan at the end really ties it all together. Bravo!

It seems crazy how quick this is and yet, it totally jazzes up the veggie. Great on green beans too.

Yum. Can't get any better than this. Perfectly cooked. Nicely seasoned.

I think this is a really good recipe, but I compared it with another method of cooking the asparagus and the other method tasted much better. Cook the asparagus in a skillit with 1/3c water and 1/2 t salt, cook for 5-8 min on high heat, until water has almost evaporated, top with parm after, this method tastes much better and tastes great topped with an egg!

We made this and thought it was pretty good, but definitely not anything over-the-top. Will maybe try tweaking the recipe a bit.
