    Anything Ina touches turns into a master piece. These potatoes are out of this world. They are creamy and the parmesan makes them mouth-watering!!

    I make this dish often for dinner parties, mostly because I LOVE these potatoes myself! Of course, my guests enjoy them as well. Nothing like a good jolt of butter, cheese and sour cream to make a potato even better! Thank you, Ina!

    These are by far the best mashed potatoes I've ever eaten. I substituted 2% milk for the half and half, and fat free sour cream for the full fat sour cream with great results. They were still delicious and rich. I'm looking forward to making these at the next family gathering.

    I made this for Mother's day and it was perfect! I have been trying different things with my mashed potatoes and this is my keeper. I will never make them any other way again!

    I had to peel the skin off because this family won't eat mashed potatoes with the skin on so it was an extra step, but the rest was just wonderful and everyone absolutely raved about these! Good job Ina!

    I made this recipe and it turned out delicious. It is the first time I added cheese to my mash potatoes dish and it gave the dish a terrific taste!
    Very simple and easy to make.

    Absolutely wonderful. Just watch out for the potatoes popping out of the mixer at first. My husband loved these.

    These potatoes were delicioius, but a bit too liquidy. If I used the entire 1 1/2 cups of half and half, I would have had soup. I used only half of the butter/cream mixture, and the texture was perfect, and the flavor was outstanding.
