This was so delicious and easy. I used frozen mixed berries and it turned out great! This will definitely be a go-to dessert recipe for me!!!

Since it is winter, I used the frozen fruit that I had in the freezer. I didn't have peaches, so I used strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. The lemon zest and lemon juice added that wonderful citrus twist. The topping was light and not overbearing. My family loved it. Thanks Ina!

I made this recipe but being in January, I used frozen peaches and blueberries. I didn't have a lemon but I did have a tangerine, so I used that. What a sweet difference this makes. I piled on the crumble, popped it in the oven and it was done in no time. Everyone loved it. And it was nice to have in individual dishes. Great winter dessert. I'll be trying other frozen fruits soon.

This was a delicious way to eat fruit! Ina's crumbles are always the best
MEL: I live in SF, and every supermarket had local California peaches when this show aired. My sister in Washington found the CA peaches in her supermarket at that time and made this dish too. There are fall peach varieties, you know. Try looking.

This dessert is amazing, especially if you love warm fruit. Must be served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I have also made the apple and pear version (just left out the cranberries. For the apple, pear and cranberry version, see Barefoot at Home or http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/pear-apple-and-cranberry-crisp-recipe/index.html It is also amazing!

I've made this dessert a number of times and never fail to receive numerous comments on how wonderful it is. It's now a requested "birthday cake" for a few members of my family with summer birthdays.

After watching the episode this weekend, Ina mentioned that it could transition into fall by using apples, pears and cranberries. Does anyone know where a recipe for that would live or what proportions she uses? Also, do you keep the lemon juice and zest (which adds so much flavor with the peaches when using the fall fruits? Thanks...
