Easy to make and very tasty. I have made twice this June and just got more peaches to make it again. The only change I would make - is to add more sugar if the peaches are not super ripe.

This was so easy to make, but even better to eat! I made it for my family last night and it was a big hit. It looks like this will be one of my regular desserts that I will be making. Thank you Ina!

This was a great recipe! I normally don't care for cobblers, crisps etc but we had an over abundance of peaches and blueberries that I needed to use quickly. Wow, this was amazing! The lemon juice and zest are a must. I also turned the stove up to 400 the last 10 minutes to get the topping brown and crisp since other reviews mentioned the topping not beingcrisp our brown enough.

Love, loved, loved it! Peaches are in season and I made this for some house guests, they went back for seconds!! I made this in a 9x9 pan, served it with some homemade french vanilla ice cream. You can't go wrong with recipes from Ina!

Very tasty, and super-easy! Perfect for when the Farmer's market has lots of summer fruit to offer! I didn't use ramekins, I made it in an 8 X 8 glass baking dish, and baked it at 350 for 40 minutes. The lemon zest & juice really make this recipe, contrasted with the cinnamon or almond in most baked peach dishes. We served it with fresh lemon ice cream, and it was just perfect.

This is a wonderful recipe! I've made it and used fresh peaches, canned peaches, fresh plums, fresh nectarines.......you just can't go wrong with this recipe! I've used blackberries in place of the blueberries a couple of times, and I seem to like them just about the same, just a slightly different flavor. We love them both! Overall, its awesome. This is definitely a favorite of my family's and is truly something to look forward to at family gatherings.

I used peaches from a jar since peaches are not in season yet. I used blackberries in place of blueberries. I cooked the cobbler in a 9x9 glass pan. Served it with vanilla bean ice cream. It was a big hit!
