My sister made this for a Sunday night family dinner. It was easy, smelled amazing while cooking, and was the best homemade dessert we had in a long time. She didn't have blueberries so she added raspberries. She made a bowl of whipped cream to dollop on the side and it was heaven- warm from the oven- sweet, buttery, not too sugary, just so, so good. We couldn't stop commenting on it! Everyone had seconds. Perfect summer dessert!!

This dessert is entirely delicious. I love making pies and crumbles, and this has to be on-or-near-the-top for taste. I used fresh blueberries (on sale and home-canned pears, drained. Peaches aren't in season now. I do think it would be terrific with blueberries and practically ANY other fruit. What a treat. Excellent warm or chilled!

Oh Ina I just love you. Thank you for making me look like a gourmet house wife yet again. This is my new goto last minute dessert recipe. My husband and I love to switch up the fruit combinations, and have yet to find one that dose not work.

I used 3 cups (1 bag of raspberry and 1 bag of blueberries and baked it in a 13x9 inch pan. I made a half more of the crumble and added three more tablespoons of sugar to the berries. I love it!

Ths was delcous. The crumble is off the hook!!! Beware: 2 pounds of peaches is NOT 6-8. Weigh them. This makes a nice size amount. Too much to put into ramekins.
