I adjusted the sugar amount to my taste: half of what the recipe called for. The fruit was so naturally sweet, that it really didn't need that much.

I love crisps in general and this combination of peaches and raspberries was great!!! Did need to add the extra 1T of flour and it came out perfectly thick. The top took sometime to brown - i wonder if temp should be higher? I ended up turning heat up to 400 for last 10 minutes. Orange zest is a great touch! I did cut back on sugar per previous reviews.

I cooked this today and and my husband and I thought it was great. I will cook it again soon. Instead of going back for seconds on lunch, my husband went back on seconds for the peach crisp. I thought I would have to hide it from him so we could have some later.

I had very ripe peaches, did not need to boil to peel. Also, they were so ripe that I should have used a bit less sugar. Had no oatmeal, but everyone raved about the crumble topping. My huband begged me to try and make cookies out of it. What do you think, just add an egg right???

I used a lot of different fruit: strawberries, peaches, pear and this turned out excellent. My only complaint is it is a little too sweet, I'll cut back on the sugar next time.

This was a huge hit! Easy, makes your kitchen smell great, and even if you don't like oatmeal (which I don't, you will love this.
