I loved this recipe! It was light, but rich. Sweet, but tangy. Crunchy, but soft. The perfect dessert! I have made this crisp so many times, that now i have memorized the recipe! The crisp is great also because if i ever don't have fresh peaches, i just use the canned peaches (rinsed of corse, and it turns out just fine! Now, I might only be 12 years old, but I'm like a mini Ina Garten, so take my word for it and try it!

This recipe is the best crisp ever! The orange zest takes it up a notch - great choice Ina - and if you like lemon try a little lemon zest too. Otherwise, follow the recipe for the best results. Wonderful for summer parties, ski weekends, anytime you have a gathering. When fresh is not available I've tried canned peaches, rinsed, or fresh frozen, thawed. It still comes out great every time.

My family loved it and they arent exactly the easiest to please. I used frozen peaches which worked well although im sure, as is usually the case, that fresh would probably be even tastier. almost everyones favorite part was the topping so i think next time i would make an extra 1/2 of the topping recipe. i only used 1/2 of an oranges' zest and didnt taste it so perhaps i will use more in the future. Definitely a keeper!

Great dessert esp. when peaches are in season. I used lemon zest and added a tbsp of Cointreu or Grand Marnier. I only used 6 large peaches and it was plenty! I had a bit too much of the topping leftover though. Also, my topping was not brown at all after 1 hour. Did anyone else have this problem? I just turned oven up to 450F and let it bake another 15min. Was great with vanilla ice cream!

This peach crisp is delicious. My family devoured it while warm with ice cream topping. Wonderful ending to the meal. Ina Garten's recipes always satisfy.

Made it exactly to the recipe! It was great! Even better with a tall glass of cold milk!

This was a great recipe! Used blueberries instead of raspberries and lemon zest in place of orange (I had lemon and blueberries on hand.

Using the Kitchen Aid save time as well and made it super easy!

I made this exactly but forgot to zest the orange in because I was rushing. it was delicious. I must say that this is the best crumbly topping I have ever made. I allowed the mixer to do the work and let it go longer than pea size and crumbled it on with my hands. Baked up so delicious.

This was an amazing dessert. It was tart and sweet and perfectly juicy. If you want the sauce to be thicker, add a little more flour. Works like a charm!
