    I'm always happy when it's the end of summer and our beautiful Colorado Palisades peaches are in season - it only means one thing: Ina's Peaches in Sauternes. We're up at our ranch in the mountains and incredibly I forgot the Sauternes so I guess I'll use a little white wine and a little extra Grand Marnier. They'll be perfect. Thanks Ina for what's become a summertime tradition. Marne Davis Kellogg

    We liked the way the Sauternes subtly enhanced our fresh peaches without overpowering. We prefered them fairly chilled rather than room temperature.

    to make the peaches in Sauternes was very easy and they were just wonderful. I add a little vanilla ice cream with it. I got lots of compliments
