This is an easy and great recipe. We changed it up slightly to keep with our diet. Whole wheat flour, spenda rather than sugar, and sugar free jelly. May this is not quiet as tasty as the original recipe but it certainly is close

These bars are so good. If you like PBJ, you will love these. Could probably even substitute jam for chocolate, for extra rich treat.

My children wouldn't even eat these. They came out very dry, very crumbly, and were extremely difficult to remove from the pan.

These bars were so good the only problem I had is that I use a jam that had seeds in it, otherwise they were fantastic.

These bars are the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had. They had the wonderful taste of our favorite peanut butter cookie along side the jelly. If you love peanut butter and jelly you will love this. My family ate every last one. Very rich and delicious!

These taste good, but are a little rich and crumbly. I took them to a party yesterday and everyone liked the taste. They don't look very good though - they look like they might be dry - but they're not.

It's a beautiful bar, and remarkably similar to a pb&j sandwich in taste AND texture: the top and bottom create a peanut cake for the bread, but the dough nearer to the jelly is still gooey like peanut butter.

I love these with a good cup of coffee.

    Try it--you'll like it!
