These were so easy to make and a real hit at my party. I can't believe anyone wouldn't rate them a 5!

Rich chocolate taste, almost perfect brownie, but only too sweet!

I made these brownies and took them to work. I've never gotten such rave reviews from anything I've taken. Well not exactly true...but these are by far the best brownies I've ever had or made.

The best brownies i have ever had. Not inexpensive or super easy but the finished product is worth it!

Our family watched you make these on TV and my daughter wanted them for her birthday. I made them and followed the recipe exactly with the exception of cooking time. They turned out gooey in the middle 2/3 of the pan. I cooked them 15 minutes longer than suggested and only stopped then when they burned around the edges. My kind daughter said next time use a box mix as she ate them with a spoon.

These were so moist and delicious! Though I only used peanut butter on half of the batch, and didn't use very much (based on other reviews. The coffee adds richness of flavor. I did have to bake about 10 minutes longer than recommended - everyone's oven is different. So flavorful, and the perfect consistency. A+

These were really tasty brownies but took a while to make and were really rich. I liked them but was glad that I had some people to give them away to so that I did not eat too many. My father's quote was "I think I gained ten pounds from those!". I cooked mine a little too long and would use less time next time. They are a good brownie recipe that makes a ton and can be varied quite easily.

I was so excited to make this and followed the recipe to a tee with the exception of the peanut butter. I actually swirled cream cheese instead and it was delicious! I would highly reccommend it. But, I found that the brownies were really salty, and, I had to bake them for about 30 minutes longer & they were still messy and gooey. Help! Any suggestions????

These brownies are the best I have ever tasted and so much better than a box mix! I melted the P.butter to make it easier to swirl. I also used Vanilla flavored instant coffee. The baking time was right on. These brownies were so fudgey and delicious!

These were good brownies. The peanut swirl touch at the end really hit the right spot with my wife. But the bottom line is that they were no better than what comes out of a box from the grocery store, with a handful of chocolate chips thrown in for good measure.

Given that Ina's recipe is expensive and time consuming, I just can't justify making it instead of a $3.00 box from Safeway.
