these are very chocolatey and the consistency is more like fudge than brownies

I made these brownies for a co-worker who loves brownies for his going away party. I couldn't even take them. As I put the recipe together I double checked the measurements because it seemed like there was way too much liquid for the amount of flour. These brownies were greasy from the amount of butter and seemed "oven-fried" for lack of a better term.

These brownies are great. If you want something really sweet and buttery, this is it. You can never have too much butter and chocolate mixed together in this recipe. The peanut butter swirl is amazing. It looks so pretty. It's a great thing to have for a party. You should probably microwave the peanut butter before swirling it. It's much easier.

Rich, chewy, YUMMY. Peanut butter looked messy when I swirled it but it looked the same as on the show. Very wet batter. My cooking time was almost a total hour. Was a big hit at a family get together.

These were easy to make and tasted great. I omitted the coffee since I do not like it, and they were still great. Melt the peanut butter first and you get a much better "swirl".

The baking time was a little off for me... might be my oven. But they still turned out wonderful. I might be inclined to add a little less sugar (it was too sweet next time. I also added instant cappachino instead of regular instant coffee. The peanut butter was a nice touch and I need to learn how to swirl it in better next time. Tasted great however and I'll def. be keeping this one.
