All the flavors of fall in a dessert. Delicious fruit flavors and the crumb topping is fantastic. Perfect alone or with vanilla ice cream. Absolutely yummy!

This is delicious, the orange and lemon just give it a nice fresh flavor and really enhance the pear and apple. It was very easy and disappeared quickly!

I've made this recipe twice and both times they were a hit. The fruit and flavor were delicious. The crisp was out of this world. Another great recipe Ina!

This is delicious!! It's very easy to make! I did have to substitute the type of apples because I couldn't find Macoun apples. It still turned out great! Don't forget to butter the baking dish! :
Thanks Ina!!

This was absolutely delicious. The crumble topping was amazing and the fruit filling had such a nice mix of flavors. The citrus and orange really brighten this crisp up! I made it for a picnic in Paris and all the French ladies were asking me for the recipe! Incredible!

I have made this recipe a few times and it is to die for. Amazing with vanilla ice cream. The first time I just used apples and the other times I used pears and apples. I prefer the pear/apple combo. Delicious filling, so refreshing and the topping is fabulous. I can't say enough about this recipe. I went out and bought the cookbook this is in after I made it. Linda

I served this fabulous dessert at a family gathering last evening. The house smelled go great when they all walked in and I was just taking it out of the oven. My father in law took one look at the crisp and made everyone take a vote on whether or not to eat dessert first. He wasn't kidding! We voted to eat dessert first, then get on with the rest of the meal. I made in 9 x 12 dish and served with vanilla ice cream. I usually go for chocolate desserts but this is a winner and I will make it often. Love the pears, orange and lemon zests. Made it very interesting.

Great mix of sweet and tang (with the orange and lemon zest.
Easy to make, nice for large parties - can be made in large baking dish rather than serving in ramekins

If you can peel an apple, you can make this incredible crisp. Served this to friends and everyone loved it. This is 8 GENEROUS servings.
