This is VERY VERY VERY good! I never knew that garlic and lemon went so well together. This recipe even takes care of cooking a side veggie!

This recipe was absolutely delicious, and very easy to follow! This was my first attempt at roasting a whole chicken, and it came out absolutely perfect, juicy and flavorful.

The first time I made this disch, it came out o.k. The second time I let the chicken a little longer and it came out pretty well. I have made it a few times now and the chicken comes out juicy and good.

I have become a devoted Ina fan! This is my first time ever roasting a chicken. I was intimated by the prospect but Ina made it simple and the results are yummy & a beautiful presentation.
I made this without the veggies and my onions did burn. Perhaps because I placed it on the lowest rack?
