Absolutely the best turkey I have ever put in my mouth. So incredibly moist, I couldn't believe it!!! I did cook a 12 pounder for 3 hours 15 minutes. Let it sit for 20 and it was divine! Veggies overcooked so next time I'll put them in the last hour.

This was my first time cooking a turkey and it was a big hit!
Everyone loved it! It was so moist and juicy. It was just filled with flavour!!
I got so many compliments, people were saying I should make the Christmas turkey! For my first turkey, I was very proud! Thank you Ina!!!

This was the best turkey I've ever cooked at Thanksgiving. It was quick, easy, tender, juicy, and flavorful. The melted butter mixture brushed on top of the turkey helped keept it moist and beautifully browned. The thyme, lemon, onion and garlic stuffed inside the turkey before cooking added such wonderful flavor and aroma. The meat was moist and tender--even the breast, which can sometimes be dry. I cooked my 10+-lb. turkey for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, and it was perfect!!
