I have made plenty of Turkey's to date, usually stuffed the way my mother taught me. I am preparing a turkey without stuffing for my partner's work party and wanted something simple and perfect. As always the first place I look is on foodnetwork.com and directly to Ina. I have learned more from watching her then any other cook. Her food is simple, elegant and easy! I want to cook with her next holiday!

This is my 3rd year using this recipe. My younges son (now 37 is my biggest cridic and the first time I tried this recipe he told me not to loose it the best turkey I have ever made. Everone raves about it and I give it to everyone I can so they can enjoy it as much as we do. Thank you for saving my turkey dinners.

I've tried all the rest and this is the best recipe for Turkey. It didn't take long to cook, and it came out so moist.

I couldn't find a fresh turkey at my grocery so I used chicken. It was great, easy and made great leftovers.

My first turkey ever that I made at Thanksgiving for my family and it was DELICIOUS. I've made it ever since for non-special occasions. So good.
