Sooo simple , quick and phenomenal good.
I have friends stop by with out a warning.
Did not have any desert in a house. Before we finish improvised dinner - fantastic desert was ready and let me tell you - star of the evening.
Cappuccinos with it - and looked like i planed this for days.
I even didn't have any berries - used red and yellow plums only.
    Thank you Ina sooooo much.
Not for the first time you saved me.

Instead of Chambord, which is very expensive, pick up a bottle of Trader Joe's raspberry wine, it's JUST as good, if not better and it's 1/4 of the price. Great crumble!!!! I anticipate that it will work with many different fruit combinations. Thank you!!!!

Oh, Ina... how I love you. This dessert is seriously amazing-- better than I get at most restaurants and very simple to make. I used blackberries as the store was out of raspberries-- think the fruit could be changed up any number of ways and be delicious. I am going to make this recipe over and over.

This Long Island girl likes this one very much, fast and easy. I had some plums that were starting to look a bit tired, so this recipe was a perfect way to use them up. I had walnuts handy, tossed them in instead of the almonds. This dessert was whipped up in no time flat. We didn't have ice cream handy, we put whipped cream on it instead. Any fruit you have would work for this, that's what's so nice about it; and it can be prepped ahead and cooked at the last minute, love that!

It's February, so I substituted anjou pears for the plums. Everyone wanted the recipe! To insure success: Taste your fruit and make sure it's top quality.

This beautiful dessert is smells as terrific as it tastes. I served this dessert following a barbecue of chicken kabobs, Ina?s confetti corn salad and scented rice. There were raves about the dessert served with soft vanilla ice cream. I never thought to use fresh plums in a crumble. The combination of plums and scented raspberries is inspired but I suppose any fruit would do. I want to try this recipe with fresh ripe peaches and raspberries. The topping is crunchy and delicious. This is a keeper.

What a burst of red raspberry flavor. Made this for an event and it was neck and neck with Ina's peach blueberry cobbler. Awesome

I think I have commented on every Ina crumble recipe - I've tried them all and they are all fantastic. You can use several combinations of fruits and berries and it'll be delicious - it's all in the crumble mixture and the fresh zest!
