VERY IMPORTANT NOTE that's not included in the recipe but IS included in the VIDEO attached to the recipe!! You need to SHAKE the mixture in a shaker FULL OF ICE before serving! This dilutes the mixture with water and ensures it is ice cold. I think this will solve the problem for those who think it is too strong.

OH.EM.GEE. You haven't been drunk until you get drunk off these pomegranate cosmos. I can't even begin to describe the feelings I felt whilst becoming intoxicated off of these delicious drinks. (Also, I added some kiwi puree to the recipe. First, me and my home gurlz went to the mini puttputt course. SO FUN. We also met up with some cool bois and had a good time!
Then, we bought the cutest little puppy ever! His name is Ina Garten. Gosh! So scrumditileeumtious! He's sittting next to me now.
Ina Garten, if you read this, me and my friendz luv you! Your recipes have brought sheer bliss into our lives! I recently made a shrine to your cooking! I have now made literally every recipe on this website! Okai, gots to go but talk to you soon!

I made this for my brother and homeboyz this yesterday and all we had was one glass and we were damn near wasted LOL. This is a perfect drink for sneaking up on you later. I did not change any of the ingredients and it came out nice. Make sure to have your glasses cold and some ice to water it down a bit, because it not a drink for the wimpy.

I am A HUGE fan of Ina Garten & LOVE her recipes with only the freshest of ingredients. I made this pomegranate cosmo recipe the evening prior to my wedding shower for a friend from PA. It was a huge hit! I must admit I did add more pomegranate & cranberry juice, otherwise I would have been on the floor & would never had made it to my own wedding shower! :0 She & her husband are visiting again & I plan on making several cosmos for us all to enjoy!

mystrece - this is not a regular Cosmo but a POMEGRANATE Cosmo, thus no need for cranberry juice. >^..^<

I have all of Ina's cookbooks. In the book she says to add 1 cup of cranberry juice. That may be why a lot of people think this recipe is too strong. A true 'cosmo' has cranberry juice and Ina does include this in the book. Not sure why it's not here.

I have made this many times. Everyone always love this drink. User beware, it packs a punch, but is verygood.
