    This is your basic, easy recipe for great tasting Potato Pancakes...just like my Gram used to make. For variety, you can add some chopped scallions or shredded carrot or zucchini to the batter.
    I don't care for caviar, so I just serve mine with a dollop of sour cream on the side. So yummy!!!

    I made these for Christmas brunch and eveyone enjoyed. Might add a bit of onion next time.

    These were just right, not too moist, not too dry, and full of flavor. Ina Garten's recipes never disappoint!
