Absolutely delicious. But eliminate the salt completely. I salted the water the potatoes boiled in but that was it. I love Ina's recipe's but there is WAY too much salt in everything she makes. The mustards give this more than enough seasoning.

I have to agree - this is a great recipe. I've been making my mother's traditional potato salad recipe for years. This one is great. Follow the recipe precisely. I used red potatoes instead of white and was seriously excited about the outcome. My husband thought there was too much sauce so you might want to hold some back.

I usually use my mom's potato salad recipe that's the classic type with egg, mayo etc. in it. This was a nice change of pace. I think you really have to like mustard to enjoy this because you can really taste it in this recipe. It's tangy and really good. I didn't use 1/2 cup of dill either, I used only about 2 TBS of dried. All I had on hand at the time. Next time I will try the full amount and use fresh. I also used small gold potatoes. My husband loved this recipe and asked that I make it more often. I think this would be over the top with bacon crumbled in it and will try that next time as well. I do prefer my mom's classic recipe but this recipe will definitely be made again and again!

Full of flavor. I was skeptical at first...no boiled eggs or pickles, but this recipe is now my favorite potato salad recipe. Yum.
