Truly the best potato salad recipe I've ever tried. The fresh dill is divine! My family is not a fan of the texture of celery, so I subbed in some celery seed instead. Everyone was wild for it!

This is the perfect potato salad! Every single time I make it, I am asked for the recipe. I just print it out ahead of time if I am making it for someone who hasn't had it before, I am asked for the recipe that often. Ina's method of cooking the potatoes is wonderful and foolproof. I don't change a thing, normally, but I have made this recipe with Vegenaise when cooking for vegetarians, and it's still wonderful. I make it the day before, it just gets better the longer it sits in the refrigerator!

Was little unsure of the potato cooking method but the potatoes turned out perfect. I made this more vegan friendly and it turned out wonderfully!

YUM!!!!!!!!!!! This is the best potato salad I have ever had, we do alot of salad sides in the summer and this is now my favorite!

Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly with the addition of 2 chopped hard boiled eggs. Tastes best if made the night before. Yum!

Fantastic. Followed recipe and it was divine. Made about 8 side servings. My Mum doesn't normally like potato salad, she had a taste and couldn't stop eating it! Thanks Ina as always.

This potatoe salad is delicious!!! It is also very easy to make and of corse leftovers are heavenly. Love, love this recipe, I did not alter the recipe at all.

I have given up making my mom's potato salad that I thought was the best on the planet. Sorry Mom but Ina's taken your place. This has amazing flavors, love the dressing part because I'm not a mayonaissy person but the mustards make it tasty! Can't say enough great things about this recipe - it's tasty, easy to make and everyone raves about it!
