    These little pastries are so easy to make and really are delicious. I will make this as a dessert the next time we have friends over.

    I made these for an Easter brunch and everyone really liked them. I filled them with choclate pudding and sprinkled powdered sugar on top. Love your show.

    The profiteroles themselves are a snap to make. I didn't have a pastry bag but just did the two spoon trick and it was perfect. To make it real easy I bought a jar of good quality fudge topping and heated it slightly before I put the ice cream inside the puff. So gooooood!! Thanks, Ina!
