    This was a wonderfully tasty twist on a fish dish. Living in a rural area, my fish selections are limited, and I used swai, which is a very inexpensive, meaty fish, and this recipee took it to a whole new level. My family is picky when it comes to vegetables, and they reluctantly tried the roasted vegetables and loved them. I also chopped a couple of sprigs of the rosemary and put on the vegetables while they roasted which elevated the roasted vegetables. This is a GREAT take on fish, which we will have again, soon.     Super simple and delicious! We had this for dinner last night and it was so easy to prepare and tasted wonderful. We couldn't find bass in my area so we used thick cod filets and mahi mahi, and followed the rest of the recipe exactly as stated. Thank you Ina for such a simple and delicious recipe to prepare at home for my family.

    This was an OMG recipe! Absolutely delicious flavors. Followed nearly everything exactly as written, except added a little garlic powder to the vegetables before roasting. The sauce was so easy and made the dish. I used halibut. So simple to master this one. Thank you Ina... your recipes never fail me.
