    This soup was delicious and perfect for a winter dinner with some good bread. I used vegetarian "chicken" broth and made the pistou by adding tomato paste to store-bought pesto (and used less of it than the recipe called for to lighten the recipe.

    This is a "different" vegetable soup, but my husband and I both loved it. The pistou really makes it taste wonderful, and it was very easy to make. This will become a staple in our home this winter!

    Halved this recipe for my wife and I but used full amount of potatoes and broth. Also added celery and garlic. Excellent soup.

    Just made this soup this week, and it was wonderful. Family enjoyed every drop! They didn't leave me any for lunch the next day. It's also a great way to use up all those extra vegetables in the refrig.

    TO MANY OBSCURE INGREDIENTS TO BE "EASY". I LOVE INA, BUT THIS WAS A BIT MUCH. HURRY ANND GET THIS RECIPE IF YOU WANT IT. YPU MAY HAVE TO BUY THE COOKBOOK. CLEVER!!!
