I made this and took it to work, and it was gone in an instant! It's a terrific step up from the usual pumpkin pie, and they devoured it and asked for the recipe!

This is the best version of a Pumpkin Pie you could ask for. I give my highest recommendation for this at your Thanksgiving Dinner. You will be so happy you tried it and it will become a staple at your Thanksgiving table. Everyone wants the recipe after I bring it. One easy tip is to just use a store bought graham crust, but homemade is always better. I love Ina Garten's recipe's!

My family loves this recipe - at first they were a little hesitant to try something different - after all it's a holidary founded on traditions but once they all tasted it - we all agreed to make it a new tradition. Ina is the best!

The only reason I hold back from 5 stars is that the flavor combo is a bit strange. It works fairly well and is easy to make. I'll be making it again this Thanksgiving.

AWESOME...... My dad doesn't like anything to do with pumpkin, but he said that I have to start making this pie every year. Also, he has taken this to all of his neighbors to taste.

Made this for Thanksgiving! Really nice change from pie. I used cups similar to burle (crate & barrelfor serving and left out the crust. (I was going to use cupcake foil cups but forgot to buy them, less clean upTopping=Burbon Chocolate sauce with a tiny star of whipped cream. Easy to make will do any many times. Made 8 servings.

I made this tart along with Ina's lemon meringue tart for Thanksgiving. It didn't get as rave reviews from my family as the lemon, but it was still very good and easy to make. A nice change from the regular pumpkin pie. I especially liked the crust. Definetely a keeper!
