I was watching this on T.V. last year, and my husband begged me to make it. So, of course I did, and he LOVED IT. so did I and nearly everyone else who tried it. What a great recipe. I am making it again in a couple days for my mother in-law, as she is visiting from England and we are going to make a Thanksgiving feast in August, so she can experience it. There is no other dessert I would think of making for this occasion

This took a little time to make the first time but it was delicious. It will now replace pumpkin pie at our home for Thanksgiving. It was creaming and dreamy! Good job Ina.

This is a very tasty Tart, I've made 4 of them so far this season, my only minor complaint is that it's just a little soft for me. I thought I was doing something wrong at first but I'm sure I haven't made the same mistake 4 times. But they taste so good it's easy enough to ignore this little flaw. I left the orange zest out and can't imagine it could make it taste any better if I included it. I think I'll be making a number of these every season.

A nice change from the traditional pumpkin pie. Has a very refreshing and delicate taste. This will become a holiday classic in my household, we had to hide the left overs in my sisters trunk to stop ourselves from having seconds.

the consistency, the flavor, the ease of making this recipe - everything was perfect. I made one modification to make it even easier and save a few calories and grams of fat: I substituted the crust with a 25% reduced fat store-bought crust. This will definitely become a holiday tradition.

This is one very rich and tasty twist to pumpkin pie. The aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water and once you finish the last bite you will have sampled a taste of heaven!

The texture is lovely but the orange rind seemed to dominate the flavors. My pumpkin-loving husband was very disappointed in the flavor. If I make it again I'd omit the orange altogether. One other note - the crust has a lot of butter in it (yummy but if you're using a removable-rim tart pan then you need to bake it on another sheet or you'll have a big smoky grease puddle in your oven.

Great sophisticated taste and texture.
A little more fat then I'm use to but what the heckm it's the holiday season.
