I found there to be far too much brown sugar, making it too sweet. Funny as on the program Ina said she disliked the flavour of pumpkin pie (traditional because of how overly sweet she found it.
The orange zest did not go with the flavour of the mousse. My guests commented on that first.
Perhaps omitting the orange and cutting some of the brown sugar it would be palatable, but as it is, I didn't care for it.
