I love all of Ina's receipes. This receipe did not let me down, add chocolate chips the first time and they were such a hit I had to make another batch. This time I added craisins and dried cheeries and WOW!!!

So yummie, light brown on the outside and chewy on the inside. This is a great oatmeal recipe. Like many of Ina's recipes, it is a winner. However, there is only one problem, they quickly disappear! Good luck keeping them around!

The toasted pecans and cinnamon give these cookies fantastic depth of flavor. I've made them with raisins, with dried cranberries, and with chocolate chips. All three varieties were equally delicious. Beware of eating all the cookie dough before you get to baking the cookies though!

I love this recipe! Some kids in my family are not too fond of raisins. Therefore, I substituted the raisins for dark chocolate chips. These cookies were a hit a our family BBQ and they were gone in seconds.

These cookies are GREAT! The best oatmeal cookies I have ever made (and ate. I found that it takes a bit longer than 15 minutes for the cookies to start browning. I tried it with my convection oven and it still took a minute or two longer. I also added come chocolate chips to some and they came out great too.

I made these twice, with 1c of raisins and 1c of choc chips; instead of the 1.5C of raisins. My husband and our good friend said they were the best cookies they have ever eaten!

    Yum!

I will definitely make these cookies again. I tasted the batter and couldn't really taste any cinnamon, so I doubled the amount. Overall I think they are a good oatmeal cookie, but I am not convinced they are the best, so I will keep experimenting with new recipes.

These were amazing! The pecans really add such a nice flavor. The dough will seem a bit dry when you're scooping it out, but don't worry, they turn out perfect! So delicious! These are my husband and my favorite Oatmeal Cookie!
