So incredibly delicious - and so easy! Everyone thought I had made some amazing homemade butter churned spread. I served it in beautiful martini glasses for a mother/daughter brunch and what a hit!

I have been searching for such a cake filling for some time now - never thought of using this for scones or biscuit topping until I saw this episode.
No matter how you spread this butter, guests will thank you for the indulgence.
