I've made this cheesecake several times, and what has impressed me the most is the absence of big cracks on top. Since it is not done in a water bath I expected a cracked top. I've done the topping in raspberry, strawberry, and even a mixed berry. They have all been fantastic. Thanks Ina.

even though I accidentally left out one of the cream cheeses,(don't ask It still came out very good.
the only thing is that I had to double the amount of graham crackers.
but elsewise this is very good!

Wow! This is such an fantastic cheesecake. I have made it few times, but no one ever asked who's recipe? Sorry Ina, I take all the credit on this one. I am making it along with her stuffing and gravy on Thanksgiving. Thank you Ina, I love you and Jeffery and all of your friends. Even my 9 year old loves you.
Happy Thanksgiving

I've tried a few food network cheesecake's and this is far superior to any other. Follow the recipe to a T right down to leaving the oven door open. I served my cheesecake to my in-laws and it went in one sitting, they absolutely loved it. It was so delicious, the perfect consistency, not too sweet. The cheesecake was firm but not too firm all the way through the cake, the topping was so perfect, the only thing I did that wasn't clear in the recipe is that I poured the raspberries and the sauce all over the cheesecake and then placed it back into the fridge.... YUM!

I got nothing but great reviews when I made this Cheescake! Everyone kept telling me that it was the best cheescake they had ever had. Ina is the best, I followed the recipe from her book and you need to make sure everthing is room temprature and you leave the oven door open for 30 min, so the cheescake can cool down and it doesn't crack. I will definetly be making this cheescake over and over!

I have made this recipe 6 or 7 times now and every time it gets better and better. Also, I have switched out the raspberries for a mixture of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in the summer when they are in season! It is absolutely to die for! This is the best recipe I have come across from the food network website! Kudos to Ina Garten for coming up with such a great recipe! Thanks!

I have tried several cheesecake recipes, and have made this one three times, and is by far the BEST!! I adore Ina's style of cooking and her personality as well. Barefoot Contessa is my favorite show on the Foodnetwork!!
