This cheesecake was so easy. Everyone in my family loved it. It was a little too creamy for me but the flavor was fantastic. Everyone must try this recipe.

This does call for some attention but the result is worth it! It was the only dessert that I served with Christmas dinner which made me a little nervous, but it was excellent!

This cheesecake is so easy to make, just don't tell your friends and family! People thought that I ordered it from a local bakery.

This cheesecake takes a lot of cream cheese and I found it to be somewhat heavy and dense.

My little sister & I tried this when making an attempted fancy dinner for Christmas. To my suprise EVERYthing turned out wonderful! This cheesecake is very good not to mention very easy for the novice baker. Creamy and not to cheesy. JUST right! Too bad we forgot to see that you need 24 hours! Note that the measurements in this recipe are just right for the taste but we made 2 cheesecakes and 6 cupcakes with all the batter!

This cheesecake is delicious - i've gotten rave reviews - and it's easy for a cheesecake. Good if you make the crust using chocolate wafer crumbs instead of graham crackers as well.

This was an easy cheesecake to make and tastes light but full of flavor. The little bit of lemon zest really makes a difference. I would highly recommend this recipe!

I made this cheesecake for Christmas Eve 2004. It didn't look quite as nice as Ina's does but the taste was excellent. It was a hit with everyone! All the Italian pastries had nothing on my (Ina's cheesecake!

    Thanks Ina!
