I have BFC family style cookbook and I tried this recipe last year my family and friends rave about it! Except my cheesecake crack in the middle. Hoping for a response as to what did I do wrong. It's not suppose to crack.

This is so similar to an old recipe my mother had that cost twice as much in ingrediants yet renders the same flavor.

I have never made a cheesecake before and decided to try this recipe. It came out really great. I did not make the raspberry sauce. Have made it a few times since and this dessert was a great hit with family and friends. A really yummy treat!

This is the best cheesecake recipe I have ever made. I used strawberries instead of raspberries. Delicious! I will be making it over and over again...

This is wonderful cheesecake that really needs a day in the fridge to be perfect. i tasted it a room temperature, just after baking and it tasted more like a custard. The next day..Wow this cheese cake is addicting!

I have made so many of Ina Garten's recipes, I've lost count. This is one of many that works and tastes delicious. I made it last year with strawberry instead of raspberry. It was so good! It makes a large cheesecake, so plan to make it when you're having company or a party!
