This sauce is soooooo good. I made it with Chambord liqueur which came in the most beautiful bottle with a crown on top. And, I have to say, I used a bit more than a tablespoon! It was excellent over the cheese and berries recipe, and the leftovers are great over ice cream. Thanks, Ina!

Whole Food stores has the fromage blanc and they also have the creme fraiche. Search whole Food location in your area, they have quite a few.

I used this recipe except with strawberries instead because that's what I had on hand. It was GREAT. I used it as a topping over a store bought cheesecake and took it to a potluck and the sauce was a hit. I put the sauce in pourable serving dish so guests could serve as much or as little as they wanted. The sauce is super yummy and easy and fast to make.
