My boyfriend loved these on Valentine's Day! I replaced the veal with pork and added a can of tomato sauce to make more sauce. They were savory, just the right amount of chew and super filling. The nutmeg as perfect. Fantastic!

Oh my!!!! How easy, how absolutely wonderful. Even the grumpy husband had to admit he loved it. I sent this receipe to both of the granddaughters & their mother. The only Spagetti & meatballs I'll ever make.

The meatballs are excellent. I did cut down on the salt in the sauce, but overall, an excellent recipe.

I liked the meatballs, but I added onion and garlic to mine and I think that added a little extra to your recipe. Otherwise great.

I thought the recipe was easy to follow and produced delicious meatballs and sauce. I substituted ground italian sausage for ground pork, and added a little red pepper flakes because I like spice. Great recipe!

The meatballs are very delicious ! They are very moist and flavorful. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the sauce lacks so much. Not enough flavor and this barely makes any. What I did was I used this whole recipe ,but also made an extra side of sauce to pour over the meatballs. Other than that this is the best meatball recipe I have ever tried.

OMG--this recipe is awesome. The only adjustments that I made was using ground turkey and adding some organic tomato paste the sauce. This recipe is a keeper!

The meatballs are very moist, with a great flavor. It has become my meatball recipe. The only change I make is to cook them in the sauce, which I cook for about four hours. I continue to use my own sauce, which we all like.
