    After watching the episode on TV, I looked up the recipe and it omitted a key step - the warm water to be mixed into the meatballs. Otherwise, they tasted good, moist and not too heavy. Additional flavor if they are simmered in good homemade sauce (like mine, not hers.

    This recipe was amazing. I didn't have the 3 different kind of meats. I only had ground beef. I was moist and so flavorful. It was the best meatballs I have ever made.

    I have 3 of Ina's cookbooks but just did not like the taste of this dish. It made a lot and nobody in my family seemed to like it very much. It was a waste.

    I kept questioning "are these meatballs cooked?" because they were so moist. They were delicious and easy to make.

    I guess I should have read the reviews more closely as I would have changed a few things about the meatballs or left them out all together. The sauce was great though and I will make that again. However, like a few other people mentioned I feel like I've seen these episodes a million times. Doesn't seem to be enough new ones coming out. MHO
