Awesome recipe! The only thing I would change is reducing the time-400 degrees for 25 minutes makes is soggy, but 15 minutes is perfect.

I like to add a little Parmesan cheese to this! Also, toss it in a little tin foil and throw it on the grill!

I don't think I will ever eat asparagus any other way!! Instead of 25 min in oven I checked them at 10 min and they were perfect crisp and yet tender! Thanks Ina

Love my asparagus cooked this way, for an added plus to flavor: Remove asparagus from oven and sprinkle with freshly grated Reggiano Parmesan............. yummy!

I never would have believed how delicious roasted vegetables were!Three ingredients...how easy..EVOO, Kosher salt and your vegetables of choice. Love the asparagus done this way (personally, I like mine a little crispy, but my favorite is broccoli. You do have to watch them, unless you like them crispy!

I can't imagine making asparagus any other way since trying this recipe! I made it recently for
a dinner party and put cherry tomatoes on the sheet pan with the asparagus and covered those with evoo and salt & pepper the same as the asparagus. When I served them I put them cross-wise on a long white French salmon platter and placed the tomatoes randomly on top. It was a big hit and everyone came back for seconds and commented on how beautiful it looked.
One friend thanked me and said she did the same for her Easter dinner the following week. So two thank yous, Ina!!
