Great and easy recipe on its own, but, upon noticing that my lemon tree was out of control, I decided to add lemon juice. So glad that I did!

A fast, easy, healthy and tasty way to prepare asparagus. I cooked mine for the full 15 minutes and they were wonderful. Roasting brings out great flavour and the texture was perfect. I will definitely make this again. I want to try it with sesame oil and sesame seeds next time.

Outstanding! My husband already loved asparagus, but my teenage daughter had never tried it. He said it was the best asparagus he EVER ate. He and his father used to go asparagus hunting in the spring, so he is definitely an asparagus connoiseur. My daughter raved about it, and I thought it was excellent as well. For a change the veggie side beat out the oven-roasted potatoes! Simple, easy, and deilicious.

A couple of years ago, I gave away my asparagus cooker when I realized how much better and easier it was to roast asparagus this way, as opposed to steaming it.
