This was a quick and easy breakfast and SOOO Delicious!
Never thought the 2 ingredients together could be so great!
I actually enjoyed the crunch from the extra cheese that burned onto the baking pan. I will def make this recipe over and over!

I've cooked asparagus this way for years as a side dish. But the scrambled eggs were oustanding. Mine are usually so dry, and Ina showed how to make them moist and creamy. Delicious. Served mine with the asparagus on toasted split english muffins with ham and hollandaise. Very good.

I've never made scrambled eggs this way and they were sooo creamy. They went well with the asparagus and toasted mulitgrain bread. I used parmigiano reggiano cheese and it added a great sharp flavor. This is a great way to use leftover asparagus from last night's dinner. I will make this again and again.

I was looking for a different way to cook asparagus, so we stopped after the first half of the recipe (that is, did not include the eggs. We usually eat it steamed with hollandaise or simmered in wine and rosemary. Grilling it like this gives it a different texture and adds depth to the flavor. With some spices incorporated with the parmesan cheese, it is even more delicious.

The best scrambled eggs I've ever had, I guess I never really knew how to make them until I saw Ina do it. Great with the roasted asparagus and parm cheese. So simple and delicious!
