This was easy and very tasty as advertised. Do watch the sprouts at the end of the cook time so as not to burn them. I burned mine slightly, but they still were quite excellent. The comparison to french fries is accurate. We liked these a lot. Definite winner, thank you Ina.

The same formula can be used for all other winter vegis. How cool is that?

missed this one when first aired. thanks for showing it again. Never like brussels sprouts until tried this approach. Use it now in place of french fries with all outdoor meals.

So the brussel sprouts I purchased weren't the best...a little bitter even before cooking them, AND I cooked them a few minutes too long as the were a little too black on the outside, but this recipe is still a winner. They were pretty darned good and I don't like brussel sprouts all that much. I'm giving it a 5 because I can't fault Ina for user error!! I would cook them only 35 minutes for average sprouts and try to find some fresh, young ones for optimal flavor. I'm even going to serve these for Thanksgiving this year!! Shake the pan a few times while cooking as the recipe states. VERY easy!

I enjoyed the baked brussel sprouts.
It was a change having them crunchy instead of boiled. My whole family enjoyed them. Thanks for the great idea.

These sprouts never even made it to a bowl or the table...When I took them out of the oven and salted them everybody wanted to sample them. Before you knew it, they were all gone!

A great way to prepare brussel sprouts; takes just a couple of minutes. Be sure to check them near the end though; it's easy to burn them!

Steamed brussels sprouts...good but ordinary taste. "These" Brussels Sprouts--roasted with evoo and sea salt-take sprouts to another flavor floor...and I do mean the penhouse level.
