These are awesome, Ina never fails! They are even better than my go-to roasted green, broccoli. These will become a regular around here. I already had a chicken roasting at 425 so I put the sprouts in for about 25 min.

Great recipe. super easy to make. I halved the sprouts, tossed them with the olive oil, salt, fresh ground black pepper and then added some red pepper flakes for a little extra heat. These would also be great with a honey dijon glaze added after they come out of the oven.

These were amazing! I cooked them for a family dinner. My mom, who hates brussels sprouts, said that I made them as good as they could possibly be! :- Everyone else, who loves brussels sprouts, thought these were absolutely great! Even my young God-daughter, who never tasted them before but heard how "yucky" they were, absolutely loved them! This is a simple & easy recipe, & is definitely a keeper!

AWESOME! I haven't had brussels sprouts in years, and had to urge to cook some up - and this recipe was fabulous! So good; nice crispy outside, and a soft inside (almost like mashed potato consistency. I used a bag of frozen sprouts (it's all I had and it worked great!

Both my husband and I loved these. The one reviewer was correct about them rivaling french fries! Perfectly easy too.

This recipe made brussels sprout lovers out of our entire family! My 11-year-old son dashes into the kitchen in order to sneak them as soon as they are out of the oven; stealing brussels sprouts... amazing!
