Be careful not to over cook as they will easily burn. When cooked correctly with a little touch of lemon and kosher salt they are great finger foods and /or vegatable side. YUM!

I made this recipe and added a touch of lemon juice to negate the strong pungent flavor and a touch of red chili powder after they were done....they turned out to be delicious with a little heat!! Good enough to just pop them into your mouth as is!!

I learned to enjoy Brussels sprouts several years ago, but now I can truly say I LOVE them. Made them tonight with a grilled rack of lamb and broiled tomatoes and we devoured them. Loved them so much we made them again the next night. Thanks Ina!!!

All my life I've hated Brussels sprouts -- nasty, dry, cabbage-y little Balls of Doom. A friend served roasted sprouts to me, and I loved them -- but she never gave me the recipe. Ina's version is stupendous; my whole family eats them now, and gladly (even going for seconds!.
The only change I make is to use two pounds of frozen sprouts, thawed and drained. Everything else is the same.
Make these -- you won't be sorry.

This is a pretty simple, and healthy, recipe; this was my first time working with brussel sprouts. I would, however, advise not to burn them. I waited a little too long one time and they got a little burnt. They were still pretty good though. Highly recommended!

I never really cooked brussel sprouts before, nor did I care for them. Then my husband went shopping one day and brought home some brussel sprouts, so of course I had to find a way to cook them since I never had. Then I made this so simple recipe!! I am totally addicted to them even my 19month old granddaughter ate them!! Since finding the recipe we have had them 3 times in the last week!!! I will cook these forever and this is the only way my family will eat them now.

I have to say, I hate Brussels Sprouts. However my husband loves them and my 3 year old saw them at the store and wanted them, so I reluctantly bought them. Of course I had no idea how to cook them, so I found this recipe. It looked easy enough.
My husband went on and on about how they were the best he has ever had, my daughter loved them. And me, who hates Brussels Sprouts....I'm going back to the store tomorrow to buy more. This is my new favorite dish! They were soooo good! And so easy to make!

I am not the best cook and these came out perfectly. You would have to try really hard to ruin these. They are delicious with little effort. Thanks Ina!
